Who needs steroids when you have a Singlespeed? My pants don't fit around the thighs anymore.

Of course, that could also be due to the cookies. But I don't think so.

curious what gear you use around here ss'ing. last time I owned one was in tx and it was flat and fast...

32x20 is a nice all around gear for the trails here. It's an easier gear to spin, and so it is sort of my "every day" gear. I will use a 32x18 for XC races, or days when I want to push it a bit harder.

I am on a 29er, so a 26 inch equivalent would be a 32x18, and 32x16.
