That is an incredible image. I'm guessing you have some stitching and HDR going on there?

I stitched 3 images together and then had my way with them in Photoshop. Adjusted levels and curves, then added gradients on each end, and from the top. Added a B&W adjustment layer and messed with its opacity. Then took the dodge and burn tools to the details.
