I went to Good Wood BBQ tonight to celebrate both my Birthday, and my wife's Birthday. we have b-days just one day apart. I went overboard with the grilled meats...chicken wings, a burger, chicken torilla soup, caesar salad....mmmmmm but wow was it a lot of food. When I got home I cruised for about an hour at a super easy pace. Just wanted to spin after Saturdays long day. I think tomorrow I may head up Sqaw Peak for the hurt fest TT up the climb.
